Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Jonathan David Grosse. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit, and what happens when you book a call, join the community or buy the book.

The short version: this website itself does not ask you for anything and does not track you. There is no contact form, no newsletter box, no analytics and no advertising cookies on these pages. Everything that involves your data happens on the platforms linked from here, and each of them has its own privacy policy.

1. Information collected on this website

Browsing these pages does not create an account, does not set marketing cookies, and does not feed an analytics profile. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

2. Information you give me elsewhere

The buttons on this site take you to services I use to run the work. When you use them, you give your information to that platform, and to me through it:

  • Booking a discernment call: name, email and whatever you write in the booking form, handled by my scheduling provider.
  • The Warrior's Table: your account details and payment, handled by Skool.
  • Buying the book: your order and payment details, handled by the store and its payment processor (Stripe or PayPal).
  • Emailing me: your email address and the content of your message.

If you become a client, I also hold what we work on together: intake answers, protocols, session notes and messages. That material is confidential and is never shared or sold.

3. How I use it

  • To answer you, run the call, and deliver the mentorship or programme you signed up for.
  • To process payments and keep the records the law requires me to keep.
  • To send you the emails you asked for, and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep the site and the services secure.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I never have.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the UK and the EU)

  • Consent, when you opt in to emails.
  • Performance of a contract, when you buy a programme or the book.
  • Legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.
  • Legitimate interest, to keep the site secure and to reply to you when you write to me.

5. Who else handles your data

The platforms behind the buttons on this site act as my processors or as independent controllers, depending on the service: the scheduling provider for calls, Skool for the community, Stripe and PayPal for payments, my email provider for messages, and the website host. Each one publishes its own privacy policy, and I only pass on what that service needs to do its job.

6. How long it is kept

Enquiries and booking records: up to two years after our last contact. Client records: for as long as the working relationship lasts, then for the period my accountant and the tax rules require. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: weeks, not years.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or tell me to stop emailing you. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to object to processing, to ask for portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you can ask what categories of information I hold and ask for deletion, and I will not treat you differently for asking. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

8. Cookies

These pages set no cookies of their own. If I add analytics or a form in future, this section and a consent notice will be added before it goes live, not after.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments never touch my servers: they are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Client material is kept in access controlled accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use good judgement about what you send me by email.

10. Age

This website and everything on it is for adults, eighteen and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing here is applied retroactively to information you gave me under an earlier version.
